We will not be liable to you or  any third party by reason of our    withdrawing any Product from this Website  whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Delivery Schedule We will try to deliver the goods within 5 working days. At certain periods of the year we can be very busy and items do sell out quicker, so some items may take a little longer at busy times or when suppliers are changing catalogues ready for  a new season. We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control. We strongly suggest that,  upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not  what you ordered or are faulty. We will not be liable under our agreement  with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in  circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty or care owed to you by  us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a  reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or  damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity). As a consumer, you have certain rights by law  regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. Credit Card Security   We use PayPals 128 Bit Secure Server to process credit card payments but YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER to pay us via credit card. When you see the payment screen, click on the button that says "If you do not already have a PayPal acount Click Here" and your transaction will be processed without a PayPal membership. PayPal will not save any information you enter and even Xcite at Night will not receive your credit card number -- it is deleted by PayPal as soon as the payment is confirmed.We accept the following : VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, SWITCH, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS and VISA ELECTRON. Returns Policy We offer a No Quibble returns policy that if you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them for goods of equivalent value or we will give a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. We do not refund postal charges and there is a 10% re-stocking fee. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/teddies etc, are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that this has not been done. Also we do not accept returns on items of hosiery if the packaging has been opened. Please obtain proof of postage with your returns as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Our returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. You the buyer are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items.
